Bed and Breakfast Accommodation in South Kensington, Central London

- Children over the age of 6 are welcome, but must be supervised at all times.
- Childcare is not provided.
- Guest pets cannot be accommodated.

- Check out time on day of departure is 10.00 am
- Check in time is after 2pm - specific arrival times must be mutually agreed beforehand to ensure that there is someone at home to greet guests. For the convenience of other guests 10.00pm is the latest possible check-in time.
- Arrival registration - house keys will be handed to guests after registration on arrival and payment of remaining balance.
- All damages must be paid for and broken items replaced or reimbursed.
- You are strongly advised to take out your own personal travel insurance in the unlikely event of cancellation/illness etc.
- In the event of a cancellation of booking you will be liable to pay the following fees - 10 days before arrival you pay 25% of the fees, 4-9 days before arrival you pay 50% of the fees, 3 days or less before arrival you pay 75% of the fees.
