There are three available rooms and a generous continental or English breakfast is included in the price. The prices quoted are per room, not per person and are based on two people sharing. This is a non-smoking house and there are no pets.

Room 1: Second floor double room [bed 6 feet/183cms wide] with two windows overlooking the long front garden. En suite bathroom with shower, toilet and handbasin.

Room 2: Rear double room with a double bed [4 feet 6 inches/137cms wide]. There is ample storage space, a well-stocked hospitality tray and a hairdryer. The bathroom is shared and has a bath tub, a shower over the bath, toilet and handbasin.

Room 3: Front double room with a king-size bed [6 feet/183cms wide] which can be converted to two 3ft wide single beds if required. There is ample storage space, a well-stocked hospitality tray and a hairdryer. The bathroom is shared with one other double room and has a bath tub, a shower over the bath, toilet and handbasin.

All rooms are luxuriously furnished with full length interlined pure silk curtains/pure silk black-out roman blinds, super cosy Frette/Conran bed-linen and pillows. WIFI is unlimited and there is a laptop for guests to use. All rooms have TV's/DVD player/stereo. The double en-suite has TV/DVD/IPOD dock. Freshly laundered slippers are also provided for guests' comfort.

Organic/locally sourced produce is served wherever possible. Home-baked organic breads and organic home-baked granola are served every morning with breakfast; all preserves are hand-picked and home-made too. Or you can choose to have a full English Breakfast. Each room has a hospitality tray with fresh home-baked goodies to refresh you with a pot of tea/coffee after a long day walking around London.

The house is arranged over 4 levels, with different flights of stairs, so would be unsuitable for young children and people with mobility problems.

It should be mentioned that the house is located on a main thoroughfare, although well set back off the road and to the rear of the property there is an underground tube line. However the windows at the rear of the house are fully double glazed.

You are strongly advised to take out your own personal travel insurance in the unlikely event of cancellation/illness etc.  In the event of a cancellation of booking you will be liable to pay the following fees - 10 days before arrival you pay 25% of the fees, 4-9 days before arrival you pay 50% of the fees, 3 days or less before arrival you pay 75% of the fees.
