There are two available rooms and a generous continental breakfast is included in the price. The prices quoted are per room, not per person and are based on two people sharing. This is a non-smoking house and there are no pets.

 

1.Double Ensuite Courtyard Room
(6ft Superking bed/or 2 - 3ft Twins)
£110 per night (minimum booking 3 consecutive nights)
This is the quietest room situated at the front of the house on the lower ground floor and is ideal for guests wanting their own independence, as it has its own entrance and exit separate from the rest of the house.

There are stairs leading from the front garden down to the courtyard and the room. The French doors open onto the patio area which has a table & chairs to sit and either have your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening (weather permitting). There is no access for guests to main house.

Included in the room is a fridge/kettle & toaster to make your own breakfast.  You will find a welcome pack when you arrive which contains cereals, croissants, preserves, milk, juice to get you started.
The en suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and handbasin.

2.Double ensuite room with 6ft Superking Bed
£110 per night (minimum booking 3 consecutive nights)
This room is located at the front/top of house and overlooks the front garden.

The rooms are luxuriously furnished with full length interlined pure silk curtains/pure silk black-out roman blinds.  WIFI is unlimited for guests who bring their own laptops.  Both rooms have TV's/DVD player/stereo.  Freshly laundered slippers are also provided for guests' comfort.

Organic/locally sourced produce is served wherever possible.  

 Each room has a hospitality tray  to refresh you with a pot of tea/coffee after a long day walking around London.

The house is arranged over 4 levels, with different flights of stairs, so would be unsuitable for young children and people with mobility problems.

It should be mentioned that the house is located on a main thoroughfare, although well set back off the road and to the rear of the property there is an underground tube line. However the windows at the rear of the house are fully double glazed.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation you will be liable to pay the following fees to your host:
10 days before arrival you pay 25% of the fees.
4-9 days before arrival you pay 50% of the fees
3 days or less before arrival you pay 75% of the fees.

You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. 
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
